The Chairperson, Ogbia Local Government Council has condemned the killing of two marine Police Officers by unknown gunmen suspected to be sea pirates.
Hon. Naomi Ogoli, made the condemnation while visiting the scene of the incident which occured by 2am on Tuesday 23rd January at Ogbia waterside.
The Council boss condemned the actions describing it as rather unfortunate.
She added that security of lives and property are top priority of her administration and warned the perpetrators of this evil act to desist and repent from their act.
She said, her administration would not condone any form of vices capable of breaching the existing peace in the ogbia kingdom.
The council boss restated that we will not sleep until the perpetrators of this crime are brought to book and we however sympathize with the family of diseased, we pray for God to give them the fortitude to bear the loss.
