In an essay titled: 'my political ideology and mission', the Chief of Staff to former Governor of Bayelsa State chief Timipre Sylva said if given the mandate, he will:
- Build good / exemplary leadership.
- Develop Data base for unemployed graduates and skilled artisans for the purpose of planning and possible job placements .
- Mentor and create self sustainable empowerment platforms for youths, women and other critical stakeholders.
- Sensitize, mentor and educate the people on their rights, using the social media and other effective forms of communication . Armed with the right informations and consciousness , it will be a boast on the people’s confidence to engage various political and Government institutions in negotiation for a better deal .
- Build the cohesion to collectively challenge the existing social order and work towards strengthening our various political and Government institutions to serve the people better.
